Return Policy / Gift Cards

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we would gladly help you.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Accessories are FINAL SALE. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.

Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days. Store credit expires after 6 months.

All discounted merchandise is final sale-no returns, exchanges or store credit given.

Gift Cards are valid for 5 years. They are digital only and are meant for you to send them to the gift recipient.

PiccoliNY accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, and PiccoliNY gift cards.

Received a gift from us and wish to exchange? Email us at shop@piccolininyc.com with the gift givers name. We will be able to further assist. Their name acts as your gift receipt. 

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Sales tax is charged only to customers in NY state, where a physical store present.

In our best efforts to keep up with sustainability, you may receive an item that doesn’t have a hang tag.
