Shipping
We are pleased to offer a $6 flat rate shipping fee on all orders! Please note that due to high volume and extra safety measures, standard shipping delays may occur with USPS.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days via standard shipping.
Please note the following:
* We use USPS exclusively and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or internationally. We also do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or military addresses. Please provide an alternate address if necessary.
* We do not offer Saturday delivery or allow order pickups.
If any item you select is out of stock or we require additional identification for credit verification, we will contact you via email. You will not be charged for any out-of-stock items, and we can either remove the item from your order or offer a substitution.
Important: Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
PiccoliNY is not responsible for:
* Shipments lost or stolen in transit.
* Packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with neighbors, your mailroom, doorman, and surrounding areas. We also recommend contacting USPS or your local mail carrier to confirm the package's location.
* Stolen packages. We recommend filing a police report and submitting a claim via your home or rental insurance.
If your package arrives damaged, please check the contents and contact us at shop@piccolininyc.com with your order number in the subject line. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier. If a package shows no movement for 30 days, we will replace it or issue store credit if the contents are no longer available. We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen, or missing delivered packages.
PiccoliNY is not responsible for any errors in shipping, billing, or other information entered during checkout.
