📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We’re happy to offer $6 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders!
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
Note: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or applied with store credits.
⏱ Processing & Transit Times
- Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Once shipped via USPS, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We ship exclusively via USPS.

We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories

- We do not offer Saturday delivery or local pickup.
⚠️ Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll reach out via email. You will not be charged for any unavailable items, and we’ll offer to remove or substitute them.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
PiccoliNY is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen in transit
- Orders marked as “delivered” but not received
- Damaged packages due to shipping carrier mishandling
If your package is missing:
- Please check with neighbors, mailrooms, and your local post office.
- For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report and contacting your home or renter’s insurance.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at shop@piccolininyc.com with your order number. We’ll help you initiate a claim with USPS.
If there’s no tracking movement for 30 days, we will offer a replacement or store credit (if the item is no longer available).
We do not issue refunds for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered.
